Shipping Instructions

• The customer is responsible for shipping to and from Works of Heart



• Print out and complete one quilting Order Form per quilt and include in the box with the quilt.



• Package the quilt, backing, and batting (if you are providing) inside a plastic bag, in a sturdy box with a shipping label. Ship to:

• Insure your package for the replacement cost in case of loss or damage. Ship via your preferred method.



• Return shipping, packaging, and insurance coverage will be charged according to the actual cost, and will be in addition to your quilting charges.



• Include a check for 50% of the estimated charges per Order Form calculations.



• Please phone, fax, or email me that your quilt is on its way.



• I will contact you when your quilt has been completed. The balance must be paid in full via check or money order prior to return shipping.
